• When Hal works from his phone, Claude.ai creates branches rather than committing to main. These branches may contain completed work that the idea files don't reflect yet. Check branch history before assuming an idea's status is current.

Preferences

• When evaluating tools or workflow additions, Hal's test is "useful or bloat?" Lead with the smallest version that proves the value. Don't install dependencies when a few lines of config achieve the same thing.
